About You (Experience, Education, Skills & Accomplishments)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Salesforce CPQ, or Conga CPQ
•
Minimum 4 years of Salesforce development experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms, with 3 years of experience in designing and developing solutions using Conga CPQ / Salesforce CPQ and Experience (Community) Cloud.
Strong technical proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Salesforce security models.
It would be good if you also have

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively within a team structure.
•
Experience supporting multiple Salesforce orgs/ecosystems and complex enterprise environments.
•
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and complex integrations.
What You Will Be Doing in This Role
•
Collaborate with product specialists and the Development Manager to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
•
Design and develop Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Conga CPQ / Salesforce CPQ, Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
•
Define development timelines, technical designs, and architectural direction in coordination with the Development Manager.
•
Guide and support developers to ensure delivery aligns with project goals, quality standards, and best practices.
•
Conduct code reviews, quality assurance, and performance optimization to maintain high coding standards.
•
Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to continuously enhance platform capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
•
4 Years of Relevant Experience
