The Opportunity: Earn Fast, Scale Faster
This role is built for driven people who want their income to reflect their effort — not their tenure. As a Drayage Sales Executive, you’ll enter the fast-paced world of transportation and supply chain while building the skills, relationships, and business acumen to accelerate your career.
Here’s what that looks like in real terms:
•
Year One: Competitive base salary plus incentive earnings, with team members tracking toward $75,000+ in total compensation in their first year.
•
Year Two and Beyond: As you build your book of business, strengthen customer and carrier relationships, and become a trusted logistics partner, your earning potential can continue to grow — with no ceiling on what you can make.
•
Uncapped Incentive Plans: Your performance directly drives your paycheck. The harder and smarter you work, the faster your earnings can scale.
•
Fast-Track Growth: High performers don’t wait in line for advancement. Demonstrate results, develop your expertise, and we’ll create opportunities for you to take on greater responsibility, larger accounts, and increased earning potential.
•
Paid Training from Day One: You’re earning while you learn. Our world-class Logistics Management Training program teaches you the fundamentals of logistics and supply chain management while preparing you to become a certified logistics professional.
If you’re competitive, driven, and want to control your own financial future through hard work and results, this is the seat to take.
Drayage Sales Executives play a critical role in managing the movement of containers through the transportation network. This position focuses on supporting customers and vendors while coordinating import and export shipments. You’ll help manage the first and final legs of the supply chain, ensuring containers move efficiently between ports, rail yards, and their destinations.
You’ll work closely with customers, drayage carriers, vendors, ports and rail yards, and internal teams to provide reliable transportation solutions, negotiate competitive rates, solve problems in real time, and ensure customer deadlines are met.
Every customer conversation, every shipment you manage, every rate you negotiate, and every problem you solve is an opportunity to build relationships, grow your book of business, and increase your earnings.
