What you’ll bring:
A commercial builder with strong instincts for brand, category, and customer potential. You know how to spot what is next, understand why it matters, and build the case for Walmart to move early. You are equally comfortable evaluating a founder’s pitch, working a trade show floor, digging into data, and turning messy signals into sharp recommendations. You balance instinct with evidence and understand customer demand, retail economics, and operational readiness. You build trust with founders, investors, merchants, and cross-functional partners while keeping a high-volume pipeline moving. Strong project management, storytelling, prioritization, and zero-to-one building skills are essential.
