Safety Guardian: You will maintain a “High Reliability Organization” culture, ensuring the clinic is audit-ready every single day.
People Developer: You will build stable, engaged teams through structured coaching, clear expectations, and visible skill growth paths.
Data-Driven Leader: You will use real-time data from reports to make informed decisions that improve clinical quality and financial stewardship.
What You Will Do:
Daily Flow Management: Leading morning huddles to align the team and managing real-time escalations to maintain clinic rhythm.
Quality & Safety Oversight: Conducting daily 5S walkthroughs (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and managing vaccine cold-chain and sterilization logs.
People Leadership: Conducting weekly one-to-ones, managing staff schedules, and ensuring competency sign-offs via reverse shadowing.
Administrative Excellence: Stabilizing “inbox aging,” managing purchasing and waste reduction, and ensuring accurate point-of-service (POS) collections.
