• Allocate daily tasks to crews, brief methods, confirm tool readiness and vehicle load‑outs.
• Lead on‑site execution, validate steps against MOPs, and manage hold points.
• Check installation quality—mounting torque, alignment, labeling, and functional tests; record values.
• Capture photo/video evidence and ensure required measurements are logged.
• Verify customer contact and site access steps; escalate issues promptly.
• Confirm PM/service tasks executed (functional checks, adjustments, firmware/config updates).
• Coach apprentices and techs on metering/measurement technique and documentation completeness.
• Close work orders with accurate notes, readings, photos, and redlines.
• Escalate abnormal findings (missing parts, facade issues, interference) for immediate action.
• Stage materials and kits for next‑day jobs; verify BOM completeness.
