Process & Change Manager – Digital Transformation / Technology
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Process & Change Manager with a strong background in digital
transformation, data governance, and enterprise technology delivery. The ideal candidate will
drive large-scale process optimization initiatives, enhance SDLC governance, and lead crossfunctional change programs across multiple business and technology domains.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1.
Process Transformation & Governance
• Lead enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives across the Software
Development Lifecycle (SDLC) covering Agile and Waterfall models.
• Identify process inefficiencies, control gaps, and automation opportunities through endto-end process analysis.
• Standardize governance frameworks, controls, and delivery practices to improve
auditability and execution consistency.
• Ensure effective back-testing and validation of controls for sustainability.
2.
Digital Delivery & Automation
• Design and implement workflow automation solutions using tools like JIRA, Excel/VBA,
and automation platforms.
• Drive efficiency improvements by reducing manual effort and cycle time across
operations.
• Support data-driven reporting and governance dashboards using BI tools.
3.
Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
• Partner with senior stakeholders (engineering leads, product owners, test managers) to
drive adoption of new processes.
• Lead change enablement initiatives, including training, communication, and
documentation.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across large-scale technology programs.
4.
Program Delivery & Agile Execution
• Serve as Scrum Master/Product Manager in digital and data transformation programs.
• Manage SIT/UAT governance, release planning, and delivery tracking
Requirements
• Ensure program delivery aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
5.
Data Governance & Migration
• Define and implement data governance frameworks, including master data management
and metadata controls.
• Oversee data migration initiatives across multi-country or multi-entity systems.
• Support compliance, risk management, and data quality initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
• 8–10+ years of experience in technology delivery, consulting, or digital transformation
• Proven experience in banking, financial services, or consulting environments
• Hands-on experience in SDLC processes, Agile methodologies, and program delivery
Core Competencies
• Process improvement & enterprise transformation
• Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and program delivery
• Stakeholder & change management
• Data governance and migration
• Risk, compliance, and control frameworks
Technical Skills
• Data tools: SQL, Oracle, Postgres
• Analytics: Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx
• Delivery tools: JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow
• Automation: VBA, APIs, workflow tools
• Knowledge of cloud/data platforms and reporting tools
