Get to Know the Role
You will be within the Fulfilment tech family, responsible for platform’s effectiveness and reliability through optimizations across supply planning, dispatch strategy, pricing, driver experiences and efficiency. The team extracts data and experiment insights that directly help improve our models & develop technical products and programs, setting new benchmarks for excellence.
Reporting to Senior Analytics Manager, you’ll collaborate across departments (Product, Business, Engineering, Design, and Data Science) to transform data into dynamic solutions. Your insights will directly help develop groundbreaking products and programs, setting new benchmarks for excellence. This isn’t just any role; it’s a chance to affect millions of lives every day.
You will work onsite at our office in Petaling Jaya.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
•
You will transform requirements into concise data requirements, identify trends, spot anomalies, build insights through dashboards and presentations to create comprehensive views for decision-making.

You will develop data pipelines and custom data science models to solve identified problems.
•
You will create data-driven hypotheses and collaborate with product and engineering teams to design experiments that inform important product decisions.
•
You will design data specifications for new products, ensuring accurate data collection.
•
You will launch A/B and timeslice experiments, analyse results, and provide relevant recommendations.
•
You will conduct targeted analysis for specific products and operations, to find new business/product opportunities, define critical business metrics, and track them rigorously.
•
You will work with partners to scope problems and enhance internal processes through automation.
•
You will build existing AI tools and capabilities to enhance overall productivity for the Analytics function

What Essential Skills You Will Need
