Abnormal uterine bleeding

Fertility assessment and follow-up
•
Pregnancy confirmation and pregnancy-options counseling
•
Sexual wellness and sexual health concerns
•
STI consultation and treatment
•
Genital sores and other genital concerns
•
Vaginal, vulvar, and urinary symptoms
•
Menstrual cramps and pelvic pain
•
Gynecology follow-up care
•
Cervical cancer screening follow-up and results counseling, when appropriate for virtual management
Recognize and address related medical, behavioral health, and preventive care needs within your scope, while coordinating with Tia’s primary care, mental health, and in-person clinical teams when additional evaluation or treatment is needed.
Determine when a concern can be safely managed through telehealth and when a patient requires an in-person examination, laboratory testing, imaging, specimen collection, a procedure, or specialty referral.
Deliver inclusive, trauma-informed, evidence-based care that helps patients feel heard, informed, and empowered in their healthcare decisions.
Partner with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, mental health clinicians, care coordinators, and in-person clinic teams to ensure seamless continuity of care.
Contribute to the development of virtual care pathways, clinical protocols, decision-support tools, and innovative practice standards.
Use technology and data to support evidence-based clinical decision-making, documentation, quality improvement, and efficient virtual workflows.
