We’re looking for a Freelance Recruiter to conduct a full cycle recruitment process from the first contact to offer stage. In this role, you’ll play a key part in evaluating talent and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

What you will do:
•
Manage the full recruitment cycle: from application to job offer;
•
Monitor automated hiring flows and step in where a personalized approach is needed;
•
Conduct interviews for roles that follow the standard hiring process;
•
Assess candidates’ communication skills, experience, and overall fit for the role;
•
Provide detailed feedback on interviewed candidates;
•
Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in the ATS;
•
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
•
Be an ambassador of SupportYourApp and promote the company’s brand and values.
