[Managing quality related expenses] Minimize risk factors which exist in quality related expenses (accident, incident, compensation, RMA (Return Material Authorization) resulted from our company’s parts.

[Customer support] Analyze defects, identify underlying cause, and establish a post-management measure when a customer is dissatisfied with the parts.
