Your responsibilities
•
Develop Full-Stack Solutions: Design, implement, and maintain high-quality front-end and back-end solutions for scalable and reliable software applications.

Take Technical Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for software components and features, from technical design and implementation through deployment, operation, and continuous improvement.

Shape Technical Solutions: Make and contribute to technical and architectural decisions, balancing scalability, maintainability, performance, and business requirements.

Drive Software Quality: Ensure high engineering standards through clean code, testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and modern software development practices.
•
Solve Complex Problems: Analyze complex technical challenges and develop pragmatic, sustainable solutions in demanding project environments.

Work Closely with Customers: Collaborate directly with customer teams to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and translate business challenges into effective software solutions.

Collaborate & Share Knowledge: Work closely with other engineers, architects, and stakeholders and actively contribute your experience and knowledge to the team.

Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve existing solutions, technologies, and development processes and actively contribute to their implementation.
