We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the AML team in Colombia. Our AML system is live and covers what the bank needed to launch, and the next stage is to take it further: adapt it to credit, debit, and upcoming product scenarios, and build AML mechanics that reflect how the Colombian market actually works.
In this role, you will dive deep into the existing system, design processes yourself, define requirements, and coordinate changes across a large group of stakeholders. You will work at the intersection of Compliance, Origination, credit and debit products, engineering, analytics, and operations, with direct impact on how AML works across the bank’s products.
