Warehouse Planning & Process Optimization: Participate in facility layout planning, design product flow routing, establish and refine warehousing management systems and operational procedures. Monitor execution effectiveness, continuously optimize work standards to enhance warehouse utilization and operational efficiency.
Daily Operations Management & Team Collaboration: Oversee daily operations within the jurisdiction, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and security. Supervise teams’ adherence to work procedures and standards, coordinate cross-departmental resources, handle major emergencies, and ensure orderly warehouse operations.
Cost Monitoring & Efficiency Enhancement: Monitor real-time operational costs across teams, analyze anomalous data, and optimize management methods and processes to reduce warehousing expenses. Organize monthly inventory counts, operational training, and other initiatives to improve team execution and operational compliance.
