Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1.
Design and implement Semarchy xDM / Informatica MDM / Talend MDM or any other MDM data models aligned with business needs
2.
Ready to learn and implement Semarchy xDM
3.
Configure business rules, validations, and enrichment logic
4.
Implement and optimize matching rules, duplicate detection, and merge strategies
5.
Define and manage survivorship rules for accurate golden record creation
6.
Manage merge and unmerge processes while ensuring data traceability
7.
Design and maintain workflows for data governance and stewardship
8.
Collaborate with business and data stakeholders to translate requirements
9.
Participate in unit testing, defect fixing, and documentation
