Key Responsibilities
•
Lead and manage OPEX procurement activities across Malaysia, covering FM, maintenance, facilities, utilities, and other operational services.
•
Develop and execute procurement strategies, sourcing plans, tendering, and contract negotiations to achieve cost savings and value improvement.
•
Manage key vendors and contracts, including performance, pricing, SLA/KPI, and commercial terms.
•
Partner closely with Operations, ADM, Finance, Legal, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant procurement execution.
•
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, DOA, governance, and audit requirements.
•
Drive cost optimization, supplier consolidation, process improvement, and procurement efficiency.
•
Lead, coach, and develop the OPEX procurement team across Malaysia.
•
Provide procurement insights, market intelligence, and management reporting to senior leadership.
