For the first part of your program, you will spend all your time shadowing Qualified Engineers, learning on the tools & be expected to drive your own progress & development. The apprenticeship program is aimed to give an individual the opportunity to develop themselves & will rely on being inquisitive, asking questions and getting involved.
The Apprenticeship Program is aimed to develop individuals to become Competent Industrial Refrigeration Engineers.
