Key Responsibilities
•
Manage day-to-day Air Freight operations, covering both Air Export and Air Import.
•
Lead and supervise the Air Freight team to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments.
•
Drive revenue, shipment volumes, customer retention, and business growth.
•
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, airlines, overseas agents, and other stakeholders.
•
Identify new business opportunities and support the Sales team in customer acquisition.
•
Ensure competitive pricing, cost control, and healthy margins.
•
Resolve customer and operational escalations effectively and ensure timely closure.
