About the role
We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Salesforce Product Owner to join our team on a 3-month onsite contract in Abu Dhabi.
The Product Owner will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce enhancements and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience working with Salesforce, strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, and the ability to manage product backlogs, user stories, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
•
Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog, ensuring priorities are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives.
•
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear functional requirements.
•
Create and maintain epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
•
Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Architects, QA teams, and other technical stakeholders.
•
Prioritize features, enhancements, bug fixes, and technical requirements based on business value and urgency.
•
Participate in and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
•
Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the Salesforce delivery team.
•
Support UAT, validate delivered features, and ensure solutions meet agreed business requirements.
•
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure Salesforce configurations and customizations address business needs.
•
Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce processes, automation, and user experience.
•
Track delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and outstanding requirements.
•
Support documentation, release planning, and stakeholder communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
