Job Description
About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Slot Technician I to join our dynamic team in Kenner, United States. As a Slot Technician I, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electronic gaming machines while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and gaming regulations.
•
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electronic gaming machines and related equipment
•
Respond to and resolve floor calls efficiently and independently
•
Execute immediate, periodic, and overhaul maintenance procedures
•
Conduct basic troubleshooting and diagnose common machine faults
•
Identify electronic issues at the board level and escalate complex problems appropriately
•
Read and interpret technical documentation and repair manuals
•
Operate two-way radio systems for effective communication
•
Stay current with new slot products and equipment updates
•
Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance and repair activities
•
Follow established safety protocols and gaming regulations
•
Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal gaming floor operations
Qualifications
•
Must be 21 years of age or older
•
One year of slot machine maintenance or related technical experience preferred
•
