Job Description
This position is in North Kansas City
The Licensed or License-Eligible QMHP provides advanced clinical and leadership support while delivering mental health services to individuals and groups. This role provides crisis intervention, risk assessments, diagnostic impressions, short-term stabilization, therapy, and discharge planning. The QMHP develops individualized treatment strategies and collaborates with internal and external providers to meet the needs of a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
•
Provide individual and group mental health treatment using evidence-based and clinically appropriate approaches.
Provide short-term stabilization services and coordinate discharge planning and follow-up care.
•
Develop treatment strategies based on patient needs and established clinical standards.
•
Serve as a clinical resource and provide leadership and support to team members.
•
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and internal and external treatment providers.
•
Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation.
•
Promote quality improvement, patient safety, cultural diversity, and compliance with organizational standards.
•
Maintain current clinical knowledge and participate in required training and professional development.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
