1 Overview / Purpose of the position
To achieve sales targets to grow the BSI Indonesia Assurance business.
2 Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Commercial
To achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
Develop and manage relationships with targeted accounts and their business leaders to ensure BSI is well placed to win new business and/ or maintain and grow existing business.
Prospect and pursue new business to expand the client reach of BSI
Coordinate requirements, develop and negotiate contracts and integrate contract requirements with business operations to close new business deals
Develop and manage relationships with targeted accounts and their business leaders to ensure BSI is well placed to win new business and/ or maintain and grow existing business
Manage, maintain and update key stakeholders’ information in Sales Force to ensure current contacts remain relevant
Work with line manager to partner with resellers, referrals and partnership organization to co-create value with BSI
Product Knowledge
Articulate why BSI Assurance Certification is market leader in assurance business.
Apply product features and benefits to customers’ needs to win business.
Articulate BSI’s Certification products and qualifications to generate return client sales.
Apply knowledge of competitors to explain the full business advantages of BSI products.
Customer Focus
Can articulate to clients the value of using the portfolio of BSI products and services to meet their needs.
Able to interpret data and information about the Customer to solve problem, add value and exceed expectations.
Can demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the markets, anticipate developments and engage with customers on how to improve performance.
Able to demonstrate high quality and reliability in delivery of activity.
3 Person Specification
Knowledge and Experience (e.g. Type, level)
Min of 5 years solid experience as Sales
Min of 2 years commercial experience of assurance business in ID market. Good grasp of ISO assurance certification market will be an added advantage.
Proven track record of Assurance Certification business with a proven revenue growth record.
Deep social media and digital marketing knowledge and proven experience.
Experience preferably in commercial events / publishing or related.
Excellent in presentations skills.

Education / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and above

Well organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Highly motivated and passionate
Shows initiative and can shape a new role
