About the role
As Senior Manager, Account Management, you’ll be the driving force behind BDG’s branded programs. Reporting to an Associate Director, Director or VP, you’ll work with a cross-functional team to bring client programs to life across brands like Bustle, NYLON, Elite Daily and The Zoe Report. You’re the connective tissue between our internal teams, including Sales, Client Solutions, BDG Studios, Events, AdOps, Distribution Marketing, Editorial, Legal and Finance, and our external partners, from vendors and client agencies to advertisers and media partners. Your job is to make sure every program element is delivered on time, on budget and true to scope. You’ll keep complex, multi-team programs moving and keep clients confident every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
Provide best-in-class service as the primary post-sale client contact, independently running active programs and overseeing multiple elements.
•
Know every sold campaign element and strategy to deliver on client objectives
•
Engage frequently with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the company
•
Create and maintain all post-sale program documentation, including kickoff agendas, sold SOWs and campaign trackers
•
Coordinate with third-party vendors on rich media ad units, and build screenshot decks when campaigns go live
•
Partner with AdOps to monitor creative implementation, tagging, QA and delivery, ensuring media KPIs are met and optimized
•
Work with BDG Studios to execute custom content, including articles, social posts, influencer activations, and video and photo shoots
•
Partner with Events to execute branded client events, from bespoke single-sponsor events to activations at BDG tentpoles
•
Manage branded content projects and deliverables in Monday.com to keep everything on schedule
•
Partner with Distribution Marketing to execute content distribution plans and manage social performance
•
Partner with Reporting and Insights to analyze performance, recommend real-time optimizations and build end-of-campaign recaps
•
