As a Compliance Analyst You keep us on the right side of the rules. You monitor compliance, spot risks before they become problems, investigate issues with a detective’s eye, and turn regulations into clear, practical actions. You prepare reports, guide colleagues, support ISO follow‑up, and help shape our policies and Delegation of Authorities. In short: you make sure we stay compliant, confident, and future‑proof.
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
•
Monitor and analyze compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
•
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies conforming the requirements in the law sapin II
•
Investigate and resolve compliance issues and incidents.
•
Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
•
Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
•
Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
•
Follow-up ISO + Delegation of authorities
•
Implement different monitoring to comply with AML regulations
Requirements

Certifications Requirements:
•
Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or equivalent preferred.
•
Education Requirements:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
•
Work Experience Requirements:
•
2-3 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
Nice to have
Languages:
French & English are mandatory. Dutch is a plus.
