About the role
Your role
As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer, you will help design, build, and improve secure identity solutions across Clarios’ global technology environment.
You will work with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, and other IAM technologies to provide secure and efficient access to applications and services. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with a strong focus on security, automation, and user experience.

Design and implement secure, scalable IAM solutions across enterprise applications and platforms.
•
Support and enhance Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, and related identity services.
•
Design and improve Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes and identity lifecycle management.
•
Develop access models based on RBAC, least privilege, and Zero Trust principles.
•
Support SSO, MFA, SCIM, PAM, PKI, identity federation, and directory synchronization.
•
Help implement modern authentication solutions, including passwordless, token, and card-based authentication.
•
Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and IAM subject matter expertise.
•
Identify opportunities for automation and self-service to simplify access and improve the employee experience.
•
Partner with Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Applications teams to deliver secure and compliant solutions.
What kind of energy are we looking for?
•

The starting salary is at min 3 400 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.
This amount is our minimal offered salary. Clarios values each and every candidate and we ensure our compensation package aligns with your professional experience and your expectation.
