About the role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive sales & marketing initiatives within the Bioprocessing business, supporting one or more commercial programs. Within this role, you will drive profitable sales growth of business by leading commercial strategies and plans that differentiate Ecolab from its competitors.

What You Will Do:
•
Design, build, and lead holistic go-to-market plans for high priority portfolios including sales training & execution, capabilities marketing, progress tracking, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with partners to produce world-class marketing collateral materials.
•
Drive thought leadership content and delivery to market.
•
Collaborate with sales and field applications teams to define market opportunities, shape growth strategies, and drive commercial success across the bioprocessing portfolio.
•
Leverage cross functional groups to couple knowledge of customer needs with existing and future technology capabilities.
Position Details:

This position is hybrid based in King of Prussia, PA or open to remote on the East Coast of the United States.
Minimum Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline
•
10 years of progressive experience in bioprocessing, life sciences, biopharmaceutical manufacturing, purification technologies, or related markets
•
Demonstrated experience in product management, product marketing, portfolio management, or commercial leadership within life sciences industry

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $133,700.00 - $200,600.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
