1. Citrix Environment Management
· Design, build, configure, and maintain the enterprise Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environment.
· Oversee Citrix infrastructure including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, NetScaler/ADC, Provisioning Services (PVS), and Machine Creation Services (MCS).
· Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of all Citrix platforms and services.
· Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex Citrix infrastructure issues and escalations.
· Plan and execute Citrix upgrades, patches, and technology refresh cycles.
· Implement and enforce best practices for Citrix environment governance and change management.
2. Project Leadership & Delivery
· Lead end-to-end Citrix infrastructure projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and scope.
· Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation frameworks.
· Coordinate cross-functional project activities with network, security, storage, and application teams.
· Maintain project documentation including architecture diagrams, SOPs, runbooks, and change records.
· Manage vendor relationships and third-party engagements related to Citrix delivery.
3. Performance Reviews & People Management
· Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins and formal semi-annual and annual performance evaluations for all team members.
· Set clear, measurable goals and development plans aligned with team and organizational objectives.
· Identify skills gaps and champion training, certification, and professional development programs.
· Manage team capacity, workload distribution, and succession planning.
· Handle escalations, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters in partnership with HR.
4. Team Motivation & Culture
· Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture.
· Motivate team members through recognition, career development opportunities, and transparent communication.
· Champion continuous improvement initiatives and encourage innovation within the Citrix practice.
· Promote knowledge sharing, mentorship, and cross-training across the team.

5. KPI Ownership & Performance Tracking
· Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Citrix team, including uptime, incident resolution times, project delivery rates, and user satisfaction scores.
· Establish SLA baselines and monitor adherence across all Citrix services.
· Use data-driven insights to drive operational improvements and efficiency gains.
· Report KPI trends, risks, and corrective actions to senior leadership on a scheduled basis.
