Responsibilities
•
Develop and maintain strong relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored financial solutions

Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell relevant products and services to existing clients
•
Collaborate with various teams within the bank to ensure seamless client experience and timely resolution of client queries
•
Actively participate in business development activities, such as networking events and client presentations, to generate new leads and expand the client base
•
Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate and reliable information to clients
•
Contribute to the achievement of the team’s sales targets and overall business objectives
Requirements
•
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
•
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients
•
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service
•
Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions
•
Proficient in using relevant banking and financial software applications
•
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments
