Job Description
As a member of the Maintenance team, the Millwright performs maintenance and reliability activities throughout all CPNA facilities and is responsible for planning, scoping, and executing repair, installation, and maintenance work.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
•
Use mechanical and electrical skills to install, maintain, and repair production equipment.
•
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities, including:
•
Thermography
•
Oil analysis
•
Inspections
•
Set up, calibrate, and adjust equipment and machinery.
•
Troubleshoot equipment failures involving:
•
Hydraulics
•
Drive trains
•
Gearboxes
•
Read, understand, and explain blueprints and technical documents.
•
Operate machine and hand tools such as:
•
Drill presses
•
Grinders
•
Welders
•
Apply knowledge of:
•
Hydraulic systems
•
Pneumatic systems
•
Rigging
•
Welding
•
Crane equipment
•
Continuously seek improvement in key performance indicators.

Minimum Required Experience & Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
•
Minimum 5 years in a mechanical maintenance role

2 years of blueprint reading experience

2 years of millwright experience
