About the role
Role Summary:
As a Field Service Rep, you are responsible for coordinating with customers in field issues, warranty complaints and resolutions. You will carry out and support site commissioning, service and repair jobs at customer sites.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities & Requirements:
•
Order processing and acceptance
•
Prepare cost estimates minus discounts according to specifications
•
Schedule orders
•
Prepare quotations for standard products according to predefined lists
•
Read and evaluate customer specifications and customer requirement documents
•
Compile technical and commercial offer documents
•
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
•
Support customers during site visits
•
Process customer complaints
•
Find, develop and implement technical solutions for special problems
•
Coordinate with internal and external customers effectively
•
Establish safe and proper work area and follow all safety requirements
•
Perform in-house and on-site repairs and service activities
•
Provide technical support and training as needed
•
Other duties as assigned
