Responsibility for owning NXP’s Innovation Management function by driving selected innovation initiatives, partnerships, and operational activities. This role plays a key part in translating strategy into execution and establishing a strong foundation for the team.
Your responsibilities
•
Drive innovation initiatives within defined ownership areas (e.g. startups, Long-Term Innovation programs, invention disclosures), ensuring execution and measurable impact

Support ecosystem engagement, including startup scouting, partnerships, and collaboration with universities and research institutions
•
Enable innovation governance and operations, including Innovation Boards, reporting, and coordination of key processes and stakeholders
•
Manage innovation projects end-to-end, from ideation and scoping to proof-of-concepts and scaling
•
Analyze market, technology, and ecosystem trends to generate insights and support strategic decision-making
•
Prepare high-quality materials, business cases, and presentations for senior stakeholders
•
Track and report on innovation KPIs, ensuring transparency and progress visibility across initiatives
•
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders
Requirements
•
Experience in innovation, strategy, consulting, R&D, or program management (≈5–12 years depending on level)
•
Strong execution and delivery mindset with the ability to manage initiatives end-to-end and drive outcomes
•
Ability to translate complex topics and trends into structured insights and actionable recommendations
•
Collaborative and influential working style across technical and business stakeholders
•
Strong prioritization skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
•
Excellent communication skills, including clear storytelling and stakeholder alignment
