· BS degree in Business Administration or Industrial Distribution
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

· Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
· Ability to utilize pump sizing software.
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
· Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
· A working knowledge of positive displacement and centrifugal pumps.
· Ability to troubleshoot technical issues over the phone.
· Ability to effectively utilize word processing software and spreadsheets and to navigate and use other custom applications software in an MS Windows environment.
