As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional programmes across multiple domains. You will drive business outcomes via the projects you manage, align stakeholders, track risks and dependencies.
You will work closely with People, Technology, Engineering, Product, Operations, and country teams. You will also help strengthen PMO practices, reporting, governance, and delivery standards across the organisation.
At Grab, we’re committed to enabling those closest to the problem to solve it using AI, and this extends to how we run our programmes. As a Senior Project Manager, you’re expected to actively use AI tools to accelerate planning, reporting, risk analysis, and documentation and to bring an experimental mindset to identifying where AI and automation can remove friction from delivery work, while applying sound judgement on confidentiality and data handling.
