Your responsibilities:
As a junior business scientist, you will:
•
Work on challenging projects with international clients, combining analytics and consulting, including building tailored solutions.
•
Work in teams of 3–6 business scientists across 1–3 projects.
•
Engage from discovery to final recommendations: data analysis, modelling, and translating insights.
•
Propose innovative approaches and grow into ownership of projects.
•
Support project planning, coordination, and delivery tracking, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
•
Present results to stakeholders including C-suite clients.
•
Build expertise across methodologies and industries.
•
Receive training, mentoring, and continuous support, with a clear development path toward a Senior Business Scientist role.
•
Gain exposure to the APAC leadership team.
•
Contribute to a fast-growing, ambitious and collaborative team.
Your profile:
We’re looking for candidates with:
•
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering or related field.
•
Strong academic performance.
•
2–3 years of experience in data analysis / modelling, preferably in a client-facing or consulting environment.
•
Experience with R, Python, SQL or similar tools.
•
