Job Title: Director, Accounting Reports to: SVP, Finance Location: US – Boston, MA, Houston, TX
As Director, Accounting at Conga, you will lead the global accounting function, overseeing the integrity and accuracy of the company’s financial reporting, close processes, and compliance framework. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations while continuing to build scalable processes that support a high-growth SaaS environment.
You will partner closely with Finance, FP&A, Legal, and business leaders to ensure alignment between operational activities and financial outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will both guide the team and actively contribute to key deliverables such as month-end close, audits, and technical accounting matters.

The Director, Accounting plays a central role in managing the close process, preparing for and leading annual audits, and continuously improving accounting operations.
