As a Key Holder, you’re a trusted right hand to the management team — one of the people who opens the doors in the morning and locks up at night. You’ll be the heart of the store, building real relationships, curating looks people rave about, and setting the tone for the whole team. A Day in Your World
• Open and close the store, handling keys, alarms, and cash-handling procedures with care• Act as manager-on-duty — running the sales floor, motivating the team, and driving sales whether the Store Manager is on-site or not• Set the pace for the team, modeling great selling and service every shift• Set your sights on your sales goals — and blow past them• Connect with every customer: read what they need, share what you know, and make them feel taken care of• Build a clientele that’s yours — the regulars who text you when something new drops• Keep your follow-up game strong so your book keeps growing• Bring the collection to life through visual merchandising — styling displays, refreshing mannequins,and keeping the floor set to brand standards• Handle the operational essentials: floor changeovers, product transfers, restocking, and daily stock maintenance• Keep the store polished and inviting — cleaning, tidying, and floor maintenance so every corner looks its best• Rally with your team to hit store goals and keep the energy high• Own Loss Prevention on your shifts — smart, consistent, and by the book• Show up polished and on-brand, because you are the brand
