About the role
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on IT Specialist to own IT operations across the company: employee support, identity and access management, our Mac fleet, and SaaS administration. You’ll work closely with security leadership to keep sensitive clinical and partner data protected, with real ownership in a fast-moving startup.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
•
Be the go-to person for employee IT support, and own onboarding/offboarding end-to-end (devices, accounts, access).
•
Manage our macOS fleet via MDM (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle): zero-touch deployment, configuration, patching, and encryption.
•
Administer our identity provider and SaaS stack: SSO integrations, MFA, RBAC, and periodic access reviews.
•
Run office IT: network, meeting rooms, hardware inventory, and vendors.
•
Support security and compliance: IT controls and audit evidence (ISO 27001, GDPR), phishing and lost-device response, and clear documentation.
