We are hiring for both full-time and part-time opportunities, making this an ideal role for candidates looking to gain experience in a luxury retail environment during the festive season.
Whether you’re helping customers find the perfect gift, replenishing stock, supporting at the tills, assisting with gift wrapping, or helping keep the store looking its very best, you’ll play an important role in delivering the exceptional service Harrods is known for throughout the Christmas trading period.
As a Festive Support Assistant, you’ll provide flexible support across multiple areas of the store, helping our teams deliver a seamless and memorable customer experience during one of the busiest times of the year.
No two days will be the same. You may be supporting customers on the shop floor, replenishing stock, processing transactions at the tills, assisting with festive gifting, or ensuring our store remains beautifully presented and ready for trade.
