About the role
As a Senior Critical Facilities Manager, you will own the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the critical facilities infrastructure supporting one or more Oracle data centers. You will lead facilities of operations managers and their teams, with accountability for the availability, maintenance, and performance of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems that enable OCI’s 24/7 operations.
Responsibilities

You will establish a culture in which employees and contractors identify hazards, follow established procedures, stop unsafe work, and take responsibility for protecting themselves and others. You will ensure that operational urgency never compromises safe execution.
This senior leadership role combines deep technical knowledge of critical infrastructure with strong people’s leadership, operational judgment, and program and project management capabilities. As a manager of managers, you will build capable leadership teams, establish clear expectations, and ensure consistent execution across your facilities. You will be accountable for both immediate operational performance and the long-term health, resilience, and readiness of the infrastructure and organization.
