About the role
This Position reports to:
Team Leader
We are looking for a motivated HR Operations Intern with Italian and English to support core HR administrative activities for ABB employees in Italy. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle processes within an international environment.
About the Internship:
Start date: 1st January 2027
Work in a modern office in Kraków
Hybrid work model (8 days per month in the office, the remaining days working from home)
We expect availability of 100-120h per month

Responsibilities:
•
Support basic HR administrative tasks for ABB employees in Italy
•
Process and manage electronic employee data files
•
Enter and update employee information in SAP, including organizational changes and other employee lifecycle events
•
Support time and attendance queries and archiving activities
•
Respond to employee HR-related questions via the AskHR Ticketing System
•
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely handling of HR data
Requirements:
•
Active student status
•
Fluency in Italian and English (both B2)
•
Basic knowledge of Excel and SAP, Workday or HR systems is a plus, but not required
•
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•
Good organizational and communication skills
