Position Overview
We are seeking a warm, polished, and highly attentive Part‑Time Front Desk Concierge to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in guest service, communicates with confidence, and enjoys creating a welcoming, seamless experience from the moment guests arrive.
This position will primarily support overnight operations, with a combination of daytime shifts as needed. From an operational standpoint, the ideal schedule includes two overnight shifts from 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, along with one daytime shift each week, scheduled for either 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM depending on business needs.
As a Front Desk Concierge, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests—handling check‑ins, offering thoughtful recommendations, and ensuring every interaction reflects the elevated hospitality standard of the property.
Key Responsibilities

Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
•
Manage check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservation inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
•
Assist guests with questions, requests, and personalized recommendations
•
Maintain strong knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and surrounding neighborhoods
•
Handle phone calls, emails, and guest communications in a polished, timely manner
•
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to support smooth daily operations
•
Maintain a clean, organized, and guest‑ready front desk and lobby area
•
Resolve guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment
•
Support administrative tasks, record‑keeping, and shift documentation
Qualifications
•
•
1+ year of front desk, concierge, or guest‑service experience (hotel or luxury residential preferred)
•
Strong communication skills and a naturally warm, guest‑focused demeanor
•
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast‑paced environment
•
Proficiency with reservation systems and front‑office software
•
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•
Availability for overnight shifts, with flexibility for daytime, weekend, and holiday coverage

Working Conditions/Environment:
•
The person having this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach and stretch for eight (8) hours per day.

Agility in executing fast-paced movements to navigate different areas of the property efficiently.

The person having this responsibility may have to move, pull, carry, or lift objects weighing at least 50 pounds.
