About the role
We are looking for CNO Analyst/Programmers to join a growing team in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Responsibilities:
•
Develop and maintain software using Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, and Python.
•
Design and implement data flows and tasking frameworks for CNO tools.
•
Conduct design, code, and readiness reviews to ensure quality and reliability.
•
Present and communicate technical updates and ensure thorough project documentation.
•
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure performance and security standards are met.
•
Build and debug network-level applications using sockets programming.
•
Expertise in IP, TCP, and application-layer protocols for optimization.
•
Support integration, testing, and deployment of operational systems.
Requirements:
•
At least four (4) years’ experience designing and maintaining solutions utilizing CNO tools. Expertise in network programming and CNO techniques.
•
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or network engineering preferred. Equivalent years of experience is required without degree.

US citizenship and an active security clearance required

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
