Requirements
Your Strengths as the New Team Leader

Fluent/native level of spoken and written French.
•
Knowledge of activity management (performance tracking) and assignment tools/applications used by the team.
•
Strong organizational skills, collaborative working approach, responsiveness, and adaptability to change.
•
Ability to support and guide team members in skill development with a pedagogical approach.
•
Knowledge of the insurance market and its main players, clients, and activities (if you don’t have this knowledge yet, don’t worry — you’ll learn with us).
