About the role
POSITION OVERVIEW
Our Store Directors are the heart of the client experience through daily client interaction, thorough Team Member training, and excellent service. They find passion in the continual training and development of their employees- and ensure each and every client leaves with a smile on their face. Store Directors balance inventory management, scheduling, administrative duties, team development, and training to create a warm environment for both Team Members and clients.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Effectively communicating and executing new operational initiatives in your store.
•
Interviewing + hiring new Team Members to S+B standards.
•
Working alongside your Team Members in taking services via tanning or sugaring.
•
Responsible for store level utilization- monitoring demand + labor trends and staffing accordingly.
•
Developing + providing feedback to all Team Members to further grow and build a talent bench
•
Creating a weekly employee schedule.
•
Maintaining + ordering inventory.
•
Creating a warm, fun + friendly environment for all Team Members and clients.
•
Meeting company and State Board standards on store cleanliness, and organization.
•
Working shifts alongside the team by spraying or sugaring clients (depending on your designated service).
•
Participating in, providing feedback and sharing wins on our weekly management call.
