About the role
We are looking for Pricing Specialist (Associate Professional, Pricing) to join our Vendor Journey Team.
Responsibilities
The team member is responsible for the development and implementation and quality control of pricing strategies to maximize sales and market penetration and ensure long-term profitability objectives are met.
Administers projects designed to provide a comprehensive view of the company’s competitive pricing position and insight on the impact of pricing changes on profitability and growth rates.
Develops and maintains competitive pricing databases designed to monitor changes in the marketplace and their impact on the corporation. Performs analyses on customer price sensitivity and elasticity.
Works in conjunction with other marketing, development and finance functions on setting prices, testing pricing and promotion strategies, and determining go-to-market pricing on new product launches.

The Ideal Candidate must have the qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree is required in a strongly quantitative field such as: Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or Econometrics
•
2 Years’ Experience in Marketing, Finance preferably in Pricing
•
Ideal Applicable Experience supporting US/NA Partners (amenability to work PST hours) and on Hybrid work set-up.

Technical Competencies
•
Moderate understanding of Finance and Accounting terminology, including margin calculation.
•
Knowledge and Familiarity with Price optimization, price elasticity Model.
•
Excellent communication, customer service and relationship management skills, with all levels of staff, management and external partners.
•
Moderate to advanced skill level of Microsoft Excel (Required) Word, Power Point, and Visio.
•
Beginner to Intermediate in SQL & VBA/Macros
