Manager – Revenue Operations & Digital Transformation
Role Overview
We are looking for a Manager – Revenue Operations & Business Systems to drive the transformation and continuous improvement of our Revenue Operations, Zoho ecosystem, automation, and AI capabilities.
The role will own the simplification, optimization, and scalability of CRM, Creator and Analytics applications, while identifying opportunities to automate processes, build AI-powered solutions, and improve the overall technology landscape supporting Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities
•
Own and continuously improve the Zoho CRM, Creator and related ecosystem, with a focus on simplification, scalability, data quality, and user experience.
•
Review existing CRM/Creator architecture and redesign processes, forms, workflows, modules, and integrations where required.
•
Build and enhance automation, workflows, APIs, custom functions and integrations using tools such as Deluge and other technologies.
•
Identify and build AI Agents, GenAI and intelligent automation use cases to eliminate manual processes and improve productivity.
•
Partner with business teams to understand pain points and convert them into technology-led solutions.
•
Drive integration across Zoho and other enterprise systems to create a connected and efficient operating environment.
•
Develop dashboards, reports, controls and data solutions to improve Revenue Operations visibility and decision-making.
•
Evaluate new Zoho and emerging technology capabilities and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
•
Work closely with stakeholders and technology teams to drive implementation, adoption and continuous improvement.
Experience & Skills
•
4–7 years of experience in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, Digital Transformation, Automation, CRM, or similar roles.
•
Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM / Zoho Creator or comparable platforms.
•
Good understanding of CRM architecture, workflows, APIs, integrations and databases.
•
Hands-on coding experience in Deluge, SQL, Python, JavaScript or similar is strongly preferred.
•
Experience building AI Agents, GenAI solutions, automation or intelligent workflows is a strong advantage.
•
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex processes and systems.
•
Ability to independently take a requirement from business problem → solution design → build → implementation.
•
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
•
Experience in Digital, Media, Advertising, SaaS or B2B environments is a plus.
