The Role
We are seeking a Full-Time Litigation Paralegal to support our Texas, and Pennsylvania caseload.
A minimum of 8 years of litigation experience in personal injury is required.

PERSONAL INJURY 8+ years experience
•
Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process
•
Drafting Discovery Responses
•
Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence
•
Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses
•
Calendaring litigation timelines
•
Conducting status update calls with clients
•
Client update calls
•
Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests
•
