Job Responsibilities:

Develop proficiency in serving customers and providing product demonstrations to support sales and customer satisfaction
•
Assist customers in selecting personalized device and service solutions that meet their individual needs
•
Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
•
Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, and retail processes
•
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience:
