With a dynamic mix of full-service and focused hotels across major cities, our diverse portfolio of owned, managed, and franchised properties means we’re everywhere our guests need us to be.

We bring service with passion, loyalty with purpose, and create experiences that genuinely connect—delivering quality, value, and memorable stays across 1,000+ properties in eight countries (and counting).
What this role is all about
Exceptional guest experiences rely on safe, efficient, and well-maintained hotels — and our Engineering team helps make that happen behind the scenes every day. As the Engineering Supervisor, you’ll help lead hotel maintenance and engineering operations while ensuring the property remains fully operational, guest-ready, and maintained to the highest standards.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, team leadership, and supporting hotel operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You’ll oversee maintenance tasks, support preventative maintenance programs, guide engineering team members, and help ensure smooth daily operations across the property.
If you’re dependable, technically skilled, and passionate about hospitality operations — we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll be doing
•
Supervise daily engineering and maintenance operations across guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and hotel facilities.
•
Support, train, schedule, and guide engineering and maintenance team members to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
•

•
Respond to guest maintenance requests and operational repair needs quickly and professionally to support guest satisfaction.
•
Assist with troubleshooting and repairing hotel equipment, appliances, life safety systems, and building infrastructure.
•
Monitor maintenance logs, work orders, inspections, and engineering documentation to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.
•
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, hotel safety procedures, fire and life safety standards, and preventative maintenance policies.
•
Support renovation projects, vendor coordination, inventory management, and facility improvement initiatives as needed.
•
Partner closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and hotel leadership teams to support seamless hotel operations.
•
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness across engineering shops, storage areas, and maintenance spaces.
•

•
Any other duties as assigned.
