About the role
We are growing our team and are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to grow CareerSwift’s presence across social media and build an engaged community around our brand.
As a Social Media Manager, you will manage CareerSwift’s social media presence, create engaging content, interact with our audience, and help develop campaigns that increase brand awareness and engagement.
You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to turn CareerSwift’s products, career insights, and industry trends into relevant and engaging social media content.
Responsibilities

Develop and manage social media content calendars across relevant platforms.
•
Create and publish engaging posts, captions, short-form content, and promotional materials.
•
Manage day-to-day community engagement, including comments, messages, and audience interactions.
•
Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for relevant and timely content.
•
Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams on campaigns and creative projects.
•
Track social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and audience growth.
•
Continuously test and improve content based on performance data and audience feedback.
