What you will do:
As a Technical Lead on the Defense team, you’ll lead a small team of engineers while staying hands-on, guiding implementation from design through delivery. Your work will span building innovative products from scratch (0 to 1) and evolving existing systems as they scale (1 to n). You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment where you’ll help set the standard for technical excellence, working alongside a cross-functional team of platform engineers, domain experts, deployment strategists, and end users. You’ll solve real problems that make a difference — putting better decision-making platforms in operators’ hands and improving the safety of our airspace.

•
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language. We work in Rust and Python and expect you to have the foundation to quickly learn these languages.
•

•
Ability to travel.
•

How we hire:
We look at the interview process not as a screening or test, but rather as an opportunity to simulate what it would look like working together. We build the interview process around you.
